Every Monday, a member of our team meets with each creator individually to go through strategic content plans for the following week. The reasoning and strategy behind the decisions made on what directions your content is going to go is always provided in these meetings. If our creators object to any decisions we make, we will gladly change things and take their opinions into consideration.
